375g puff pastry
1 med egg, beaten
1-2 table spoons grated parmesan
1/2-1 table spoon pooppy seeds
(You also need a baking tray, lined with parchement)
Set oven to hot/gas mark 7/220oC
Unroll Pastry and trim off edges. Cut in half width ways, brush egg over one half of pastry, and sprinkle with about 1/2 the poppy seeds and parmesan.
Place other half of pastry on top, and roll out a bit.
Brush egg glaze over the top of this layer, and sprinkle remaining cheese and poppy seeds on it.
Cut into strips, and twist, lay on baking tray and chill for about 10 mins or until firm.
Place in oven, and bake for 15-20mins. Best served hot.

Just seen that you've got a blog so thought I'd pop over and have a look. Great sounding recipe so will have to try it with the girls - one question the poppy seeds do you know can you put the ones from the garden poppies on it? We collected loads over the weekend from my mums and have them waiting here to do something with! x
